T-Shirt Fundraiser Information
We are pleased to offer opportunities to partner with local organizations to sponsor fundraisers! We offer individual or group fundraisers to support a variety of activities and groups.
There are two types of fundraisers:
- Informal T-Shirt Party For Family & Friends
- Raise money to pay for extracurricular fees or sports camps.
- Raise money to donate to a local charity or a specific cause.
- Teachers, raise money for classroom supplies!
- Specific start and end date (usually a short duration of 1-3 weeks).
- Group Fundraisers
- Larger, long term fundraiser such as a
- School spirit store
- Team merchandise
- Church fundraiser

Group fundraisers can be set up as ongoing, indefinite fundraisers with proceeds paid on a monthly basis.
How do parties & fundraisers work?
- You share a link to your fundraiser or party and we will take care of the rest.
- Once you fill out the form below, someone will contact you to determine which type of fundraiser will best meet your needs.
- We will work with you to determine a start and end date for your fundraiser and the number and types of designs you want to offer.
- Designs can be customized. You may want to offer local spirit wear or a church might want to direct members to a website filled with faith based designs. The possibilities are endless!
- Once designs and types of t-shirts are selected, we will provide you with a price quote indicating the amount you will make per item sold.
- We'll provide custom mock ups and listings and give you a link to share via social media or email. We will also promote your fundraiser on our social media pages.
- We will handle all sales and offer most major credit cards and other forms of payment through our website, including PayPal, Sezzle & Afterpay.
- We charge sales tax for all sales delivered in the state of Mississippi. The sales tax collected will be paid to the state of Mississippi by The Cotton Bin Clothing Company.
- Fundraiser items are fulfilled once the fundraiser ends on t-shirt parties. Typical turn around time to fulfill orders is around 10-14 business days.
- For fundraisers that run indefinitely, we will total or settle your fundraiser at the end of each month and fulfill your orders from the previous month by the 15th of the following month.
- We ship all over the United States. Your fundraiser customers will select local pick up or shipping when checking out online. Shipping fees are paid by the customer. We package and label all orders for local pick up in easy to distribute packaging.
- For t-shirt parties, a detailed sales record will be provided and proceeds are paid with the delivery of your orders. Long term fundraisers are settled each month with sales report and proceeds.
- Proceeds are available to be paid by check or electronically via PayPal or Venmo, depending on your preference. A detailed sales report is emailed if electronic payment is preferred.
