Online purchases are eligible for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 21 days of placing your order. After this time frame, your item is not eligible for return. If you feel your merchandise is for some reason defective or of low quality, please contact via email: email@example.com within 7 days of receiving purchase and we will work to the best of our ability to correct your order.
Items purchased with a discount of 25% or more or purchased in a sale category are FINAL SALE and not eligible to be returned. Custom graphic t-shirts are FINAL SALE. If an ineligible item is returned or an item is returned late, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. Items must be in perfect condition in order to be returned. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be excepted.

We do not assume the cost of return shipping unless an item is defective or incorrect. If it is determined that an item can be returned for store credit, you will have the option to return at your expense or we can send a return label for shipping. Please note if we send a return label to you, your final store credit will reflect the total amount of your purchase minus the cost of the return shipping. Store credits are issued in the form of an e-gift card and will expire six months from date issued.
Ready to Ship Items
Most items we offer are ready to ship with the exception of pre-orders items and custom graphic t-shirts. Ready to ship items typically ship within 1-3 business days from date of order. You should receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information once we pack your order and generate a shipping label. Please check your spam or junk email folders if you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 1-3 business days. If you have questions or concerns regarding the shipping of your order, please email email@example.com and allow 24 hours for a reply. Emails sent after 5PM on Friday may not be returned until the following Monday. Additionally, you can use the Shopify chat feature to inquire about the status of your order.
Pre- Order Items
We occasionally offer pre-order items at a promotional price. Estimated turn around time on pre-order items will be listed in the product description. Turn around time is estimated only. If turn around time changes or varies from product description, we will send you an email notification. Custom Graphic T-Shirts
We love to create custom graphic t-shirts for our customers. Custom items typically ship within 14 business days of order date but may occasionally take longer due to factors beyond our control (i.e. supply shortages, staff shortages). If your item is delayed, we will send you an email notification with updated shipping estimate.
